  I went to this Dealership two days in a row to buy a new Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I told the sales person I wanted to buy that day. I spent at least an hour the first day, and they said they couldn't find the car I wanted but that they would call around. The second day, I spent 3 HOURS there, and they gave me a huge run around. I knew what I wanted and I knew how much it should cost, they couldn't even throw a number out to me -other then sticker price. And they low-balled my trade-in. Very frustrating. What is so incredulous is that I really wanted to buy there because it's the most convenient dealer for me, so I tried really hard to work with them. Even if the sales person was a nice guy, the back and forth games are the worst! I left and went directly to another dealer in Owings Mills who found the car I wanted within 10mins and gave me the price I wanted out of the gate, and $3,000 more for my trade-in, no games!

  Love this dealership! If you want a wonderful experience like I did, go and see Colin! He is very friendly and helped out a lot with my car. This was my first car I ever bought and he made it the best experience possible! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Seriously, go and talk to Colin!
