  I have been taking Pilates classes with Brenda for almost 10 years. Her style and genuine care show in every class she teaches, in her studio space, and also in how she hires and trains the other instructors with whom she works. All classes are seamlessly tailored to the group of people in each class. Going to class is always the highlight of my week. Can not possibly recommend Blis Pilates Studio enough!
